1. Nature of the Project

NF-CASH (NF💲) is a native Proof-of-Work blockchain protocol. It is an experimental, open, permissionless system governed exclusively by protocol rules enforced through consensus.

NF-CASH is not a company, not a bank, not a financial institution, and does not provide investment services, custody services, or financial advice.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website, in the protocol, or in associated documentation constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

NF💲 has no guaranteed value. Participation involves risk, including the total loss of funds.

3. Wallets & Private Keys

You are solely responsible for the generation, storage, and security of your wallet and private keys.

• Lost private keys cannot be recovered.
• There is no account recovery.
• No administrator can restore access or reverse transactions.

4. Mining & Network Participation

Mining NF💲 requires computational resources and electricity. Mining rewards are issued exclusively by the protocol according to deterministic rules.

There is no guarantee of mining profitability. Difficulty, rewards, and network conditions may change.

5. Cycles, Claims & Burning

NF💲 operates in deterministic cycles of 360 blocks, including:

• Accumulation phase
• Claim window
• Automatic burn of unclaimed rewards
• Cycle reset

Failure to claim rewards during the designated window results in permanent burning. This behavior is enforced by protocol consensus and cannot be reversed.

6. Emoji Nakamoto Quest

The Emoji Nakamoto Quest is a protocol-level game mechanic involving hidden emojis per cycle.

• 6 emojis are hidden per cycle
• Each appears for a limited time
• Missing one fragment cancels the reward
• Unclaimed quest rewards are burned

The quest rewards participation and timing — not speed, power, or automation. There is no guarantee of success or reward.

7. Bugs, Errors & Chain Behavior

NF-CASH is experimental software. Bugs, consensus changes, chain reorganizations, or unexpected behavior may occur.

By using NF-CASH, you accept that:

• Transactions may fail or be delayed
• Balances may change due to protocol rules
• Unexpected behavior may result in loss of NF💲

8. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators, contributors, and maintainers of NF-CASH shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of funds
• Loss of access
• Mining losses
• Quest failures
• Burned rewards
• Software bugs or exploits

You participate entirely at your own risk.

9. Jurisdiction

NF-CASH is a decentralized protocol with no central jurisdiction. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

11. Privacy Policy

NF-CASH is a decentralized protocol. This page explains how the NF-CASH websites and interfaces handle data. We aim to collect the minimum necessary information to operate the site safely and reliably.

11.1 What we collect

• On-chain data: Wallet addresses, transactions, and blocks are public by design and permanently recorded on the blockchain.
• Basic technical logs: Like most websites, the server may temporarily log technical data (e.g., IP address, user-agent, request path, timestamps) for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.
• Local device storage: The interface may use localStorage / sessionStorage to store preferences and UI state (for example cookie choice, theme, or interface state).

11.2 What we do not collect

• No account registration is required.
• No name, email, phone, or government ID is requested by default.
• No sale of personal information.
• No advertising trackers.
• No third-party analytics pixels by default.

11.3 Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies/storage required for core functionality and security. Your cookie choice may be saved locally on your device (e.g., in localStorage) to avoid re-prompting.

11.4 Purpose of processing

• Provide and secure the website and interfaces (including mining/wallet UX).
• Prevent abuse (DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, error diagnostics).
• Maintain site stability and reliability.

11.5 Data retention

Server security logs (if collected) are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and operational purposes, then rotated or deleted. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be altered or removed by NF-CASH.

11.6 Third-party services

If third-party infrastructure is used (e.g., CDN, hosting, RPC relays), they may process limited technical data to deliver content. NF-CASH does not control external providers’ policies. When possible, we minimize third-party dependencies.

• Understand that wallet addresses and blockchain activity are public.
• Use the interfaces at your own risk, and verify addresses before sending funds.

12. Respect & Community Rules

NF-CASH is an open, permissionless protocol. By using the site, interfaces, and any community features (including chat), you agree to the following rules of respect and safety.

12.1 Prohibited behavior

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
• Spam, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive promotions.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate rewards, or attack the network/infrastructure.
• Malicious automation intended to degrade service (e.g., abusive scraping, DDoS behavior).
• Posting illegal content, instructions for wrongdoing, or content that encourages harm.
• Sharing private keys, seed phrases, or urging others to reveal sensitive credentials.

12.2 Network integrity

Attempting to manipulate, attack, or degrade the network or interfaces may result in technical mitigation, including rate limits, temporary blocks, or protocol-level rejection where applicable.

12.3 User responsibility

You are responsible for your actions and for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. NF-CASH is a protocol governed by code; respectful behavior protects the ecosystem for everyone.
